About Me:
Terra Madre is a network of food communities, each committed to producing quality food in a responsible, sustainable way. The bi-annual Terra Madre conference in Torino, Italy is co-ordinated by the Slow Food movement and is attended by thousands of delegate from over 150 countries.

Terra Madre Kings Cross (TMKC) aims to:
- To generate energy and action so that at the 2010 event the efforts of the slow food movement in Kings Cross, London and the UK are better represented
- To kick start initiatives, networks and events to better encourage the momentum of the slow food movement / Terra Madre throughout Kings Cross, London and the UK.

Well Given my affection for DIRT - as you all know I am a big pusher for all to 'eat it'. I think we should start getting people to gather samples in jars with labels of the land it comes from... I will get one from Ag college tomorrow. Anyone up for it? Then when we do an exhibition we can make a wall of dirt?
