Hope you're well? I am planning an event later this Summer to encourage more of my neighbours to grow their own food in our wonderful Communal Garden (a few including myself, have already begun to do so). What I need help with, is knowing where to get things like cheap Grow Bags for planting things like potatoes. It would be great if you were available to attend. I'll advise you when a firm date has been fixed. In the meantime, can I spread the word by referring my neighbours and friends to your website?
Thanks for the warm welcome. Will follow-up your suggestion.
we met outside the pub after the LLCCN event back in November and had a cigarette together I was very impressed with your noise mapping.
Our islington Green mapping has to date found 110 groups and have yet to put into the council system. Seems like a lot of us are up to the same stuff!
I have an event on tuesday 23rd march in Islington which will take some time to look at relationships with councils, green mapping and a looksee at project dirt for those north of the river who have not seen it before. The head of the Energy Savings Trust London area will be there and so will Becky Luff (on PD) who is doing the environmental wiki.
So could get a few mappers off to the pub afterwards to see what synergies are there and what resources are available.

Do you have recommendations about Public Liability Insurance?....I paid £180 last season ( covering around 30 growers, chidren and up to three special events a year), but due to the forthcoming extra strands of work in the pipeline this may go up. My current company is Tennyson. Thanks
Nick
hope you're well
