Hi Jane,

How are things at Groundwork? We've got an 'action planning' meeting on the 23rd Nov to identify individuals or small groups of us with the motivation to progress different Transition issues (food and the garden energy, education). We also hope to decide how to progress the community garden before the end of the year, and priorities for 2010. Would be great if you could come along!

Take care,
Emma

Hi Jane

Long time no see! Hopefully things will start back up on the community garden soon. In the meantime, we are organising a Low Carbon Funfair at the Battersea Arts Centre next weds (21st Oct) and wondered whether you could advise on an approach to contacting local schools and inviting them along? Might be a bit late for this event, but would be good to discuss how to approach this for the next event.

Do come along if you're free on weds, we'll be there from 6-10pm, and always keen to have more people there!
Take care,
Emma

Hi Jane
Great to hear from you and so pleased that you're an old R'ton graduate! We've just had the first alumni bed dug in the allotment area so you will have to come and see! You're really welcome to come and have a look at that and the forest garden at any time, it would be really good to see you.
Do stay in touch and have a look at the Facebook site RU OUtdoors Allotment Society - lots of info there too

Hi Jane,

Thanks for your message - great news about the local nursery! I've been spending my time on funding applications, so fingers crossed we might even have some funding soon!

Hope to see you monday

Hi Jane

It's called Waterside walk and is runs adjacent to the main car park entrance of B&Q down to the river. At the moment it's like the face of Mars - we hope to change it.

Hope to meet you Monday.
thanks
Dan

Hi Jane

Would be great to have you along. We try to hold our planning meetings every second Monday. Inevitably they end up clashing with other events unfortunately, but we hope that meetings are frequent enough that people are able to make some of them.

Hope to see you Monday!

HI Jane. Permaculture! I'd like to go on a course too, so let me know how you get on. Call me anytime, although I'm busy on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night. Actually, on Weds TT Wandsworth is showing a screening of the film The Power of Community at the Fitzhugh Community Clubroom on Trinity Road if you want to come along? We could chat then. Otherwise, call daytime or evening. Enjoy your course!

Hi Jane

We actually had a mix-up with dates so the meeting on the 4th is now on 11th!

Not sure if the BAC can make it, but we will be there to discuss all sorts. It would be great to have you along if you can make it.

If not, or if you want to find out more in the meantime, then please do give me call - 07949 294 680 and can tell you where we have got to.

Cheers!

Hi Jane,
Unfortunately I don't think I can make the 21st! (Longstanding arrangement that date) Will catch up with you sometime soon though (are you around for the cleanup this weekend or Green Drinks tonight?).
Yes, hopefully the Wandle will be brought to the surface in Wandle Park, I think they will be adding the £400k to additional resources to do this. -V.exciting!
