Advice needed for what to plant/sow in the Autumn?

Hi everyone,
Here on the Dig It Club estate we have just had our polytunnel delivered. Looking ahead, I wondered if anyone can give me any advice of what we can grow in there during the Autumn and Winter and whether we should plant anything in there now or wait until Sept?? As this is our first year, we are not sure what to do next... Thanks Debbie.
