I try to do lots of little environmentally-friendly things (the eco-"3Rs": re-using; reducing; recycling), which hopefully add up to make a bit of a difference.

Whenever I've lived somewhere with a garden, I've got a compost heap going. I've grown a few fruit / vegetables at home for the last few years.

Thanks for your support in the Free Solar bid. We had over 550 people send emails and post comments.

Despite the clear public interest in our proposal, our bid was unfortunately not successful and we will not be able to offer free solar panels under this project. We didn't win this one but Lambeth Superhomes continues to look for ways to work with communities to deliver financed ‘whole house’ eco-renovation delivered by trained local tradespeople.

I will post future initiatives on my blog.
