The Big Lunch features Bellenden Road in Peckham SE15, Tuba, Bunting ,Birthdays , Community, Carved Water Mellons, Food and New friends what a fantastic day.

Basically, it's a party in your street, in everyone's street. On 19th July we're asking the people of Britain to stop what they're doing and sit down to lunch together. Why? Well for lots of reasons really but mainly to put a smile back on Britain's face.

Hey Ali

(I'm sure you've been on an e-mail earlier today - but thought i'd wing another message on your comments page!)

Hope all is going well?

A quick heads up - to let you know you can now access funding directly through project dirt.

As of today ... Timberland, the US boot guys - are making available £500 to 4 projects on the site. I just wanted to flag this with you in case you needed funds to help your project.

Take a look at their project page http://www.projectdirt.com/group/timberlandEK to see how to apply.

I'm here if you need a hand with anything.

cheers ... catch up soon

Mark

Hi Ali,

Great it all went well. I thought you could post the notes from the meeting on the Cluster Page in PD. That way everyone will see it for sure (if they join)

see you soon, Zsu

Hi Alison - are you able to make it along tomorrow to Balham Green Drinks? It would be good to catch up on your news with your projects! May even have the chance to get your views on film (if you want) as Jack is aiming to come with his video!
Cheers, Nick

Morgan Paton and the Peckham community have been petitioning for over 2 years and look forward to officially opening the new skate park at Peckham Rye SE15, on Saturday the 25th of April 2009 at 1:00pm and will celebrate the opening with a Sk8 Jam Party – All are invited.

Peckham residents and visitors are also excited at the new Great Outdoor Gym neighbouring the new Skate Park and features all the modern gym machines found in subscription fitness centres, not only outdoor but totally free.
Today Peckham’s facilities were being visited from visitors from international communities looking at adopting these health and activity gym installations created by our very own Peckham based company - The Great Outdoor Gym Company Ltd.

You and I Skills talks to Matt Delane from The Great Outdoor Gym Company Ltd, Southwark park Community Wardens and gets views from local Peckham residents

Hi ,
I’m volunteering Project Dirt at the moment and wanted to chase people up on the Administrator’s Meeting on 10th March which is going to be really integral to the future of PD and a chance for everyone to meet. If you could let Nick, Mark or I know if you can make it that would be great. Click here to reply. Hopefully see you there!
Best wishes,
Jess

Hi Alison,

would really like to hear more about the TT network you're starting up. I'm programming a series of events- Green Sundays- with the organisation Be The Change and would like to do one in Peckham.
My email's jessieteggin@googlemail.com- let me know if you're interested and I can send you some info.

Hi Alison,
I wanted to introduce myself as I've been doing some voluntary work for Project Dirt and have been focusing on how the projects can gain the most out of PD. If there's anything you'd like to go through or discuss about TT Peckham, please send me a message and we can either chat over the phone or meet up so that I can try and find solutions for you. I hope you are finding PD useful and look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes,
Jess
