I've created a draft publicity leaflet for WEF, based on one from a few years ago. Could you please provide feedback on the content.
NOTE: 8 Sep 08: Amended document attached following Vicki's feedback
2 Nov 08: The leaflet was updated by Vicki Carroll for the Balham Green Fair recently - see attached. Does anyone have any feedback before it gets finalised and printed??

Hi Diane - I think this is really great. Thanks for doing this!
I don't have any particular suggestions to make other than a really minor grammatical point - some bullet points have full stops at the end, and others don't.
Thanks for this - I like your attention to detail. I've added full stops to all of them (probably some should be semi-colons but at least they are consistent now!)

One more thing... we talked about these leaflets getting out of date quickly. I think it's good to focus therefore on past achievements in general, but could we also mention one or two key projects for the future (or current point in time)? - I think it would be good in particular to mention the Green Map.
I didn't want to mention the Green Map until there had been some visible progress - preferably until after the map is launched on the council website. Hopefully that will happen before the wording of the leaflet is finalised. I've written to Stephen Walters (part-time secondee working on the map since Deborah Flintoff left) and asked him when this is likely to happen. Any other suggestions are welcome - but I'd like to keep the leaflet to maximum 4 pages so it can be printed 2 to a page on one sheet of A4.

Although it's a pain, the triple fold also seems to be quite popular for leaflets, so you could go up to 6 (slightly smaller) sides, like the old leaflet? Anyone have any preferences?
I've had a look at a look at the printer settings and I haven't a clue how to set it up for triple fold. Perhaps you have to set it up in columns first, but I've always avoided columns, and I wouldn't know how to get it to print the pages in the right order for a triple fold leaflet. If anyone knows, please feel free to download the document and experiment.
