How to upgrade members of your project to administrators
Easy! OK, so long as you're an administrator of a project, just:
1) go to the project page;
2) click on "Manage project members" at the top right (in your list of 'Admin Options');
3) select those members you want to be an administrator;
4) click "Promote to administrator".
And you're done.
