Head Chef for Organic/Eco Gastro Pub

We are looking for an ambitious chef with around 6 years experience to work in a new pub in a Victorian 4 story building in Central/West London. The building will be carbon neutral and the food local, sustainable and seasonal. The right candidate will be familiar with sustainable practice and seasonal produce and you will also want to publish recipes and occasionally work with organisations to promote sustainable practice. The ideal candidate will work independently but be open to suggestions and work with the owners to create an exciting and well regarded destination venue.
