HEY HEY HOORAY WE WON FUNDING & THE BEES ARE CELEBRATING TOO

Devonshire Road nature reserve has been succesfull in getting Projects Dirt's Timberland funding towards the bee education project. The projects aims to encourage schools to take part in beekeeping.
We are building an new apiary in our wildlife garden with an obeservation hut to see our bees.
We have hands on beekeeping sessions for schools parents & children to learn about the importance of bees. With the timberland funding we are now able to get more bee suits for the children to give them a real hands on experience in bee keeping

We are open the 1st Sunday of the month 11am -1pm when we are running a kids watch club session Fox & Friends .

The Last Sunday of the month 2pm to 5pm

Drop in Gardening sessions Fridays 9.30 - 1.30pm
